ELTERMA offers comprehensive fabrication of steel structures for customers in a wide range of industry sectors. With our extensive production capabilities, a modern ‘machine park’ and high-level qualifications and certifications, particularly in welding.

With our considerable expertise, we can provide services in the fabrication of:

• industrial steel structures of different complexities;
• pipelines in carbon and stainless steel;
• structures lined with heat-resistant refractories or ceramic fibre blankets or boards; and
• on-site erection of fabricated equipment.

CONTRACT AND CUSTOM MANUFACTURING

Our cooperation with customers is not limited to standard and one-off projects. We also handle long-term cooperation projects for the customised manufacture of complete, technologically advanced equipment and steel structures. Currently, we are working on such projects for customers in a variety of industries, including machinery, mining, railway and food.
The documentation for such projects can be either provided by our customers and then adapted by our design department, or prepared from scratch by our highly qualified team, at all times prioritising our customer’s needs. Such projects are typically based on a long-term cooperation agreement, with all the technical and trade secrets of any subcontracting projects kept in strict confidentiality.

Our contract-manufacturing offer is not limited only to the manufacture of component parts. For the customers from all branches of industry including machining, mining, railway, food industry etc. we can supply completely manufactured and assembled machines including design input to comply with Customer’s specification. All customer designs and documentation are treated as confidential. ELTERMA is able to assure services to preserve all intellectual property of our customers and sign no competition agreements, with reference to manufactured subcontract projects.
