General capabilities
- Production capabilities of ELTERMA workshop amount approximately 12.000 labor hours monthly
- ELTERMA operates at production area of 13.000 m², including overhead space approximately 9.700 m²
- ELTERMA overhead cranes capacity is from 5 to 16 t
- All
manufacturing processes are continuously monitored, evidenced and
controlled in comparison with quality system ISO 9001/2000 standards
- We
have at our disposal machinery that allows us to fabricate a wide range
of steel structures, machinery and complete technological lines
Mechanical working and equipment capabilities
- Plasma and oxygen cutting
- Mechanical working: turning and milling and others
- Cutting, bending, forming of sheets, plates, profiles and pipes
- Shot blasting and painting
- MIG, MAG, TIG, submerged and electrode welding
- Processing of such materials as: carbon steel, high strength steel, stainless steel, heat resistant steel, copper, aluminum stress relieving by annealing and vibration
- Inspection with visual, penetration, ultra wave and x-ray methods
