Our heat treatment equipment is intended to be used for years, so we continue to improve it. This developing is proceed owing to our own engineering resources as well as in the cooperation with our Customers, basing on their operation and production experiences and advice. This helps us to develop our know-how and provide another our customers with state-of-the-art technical solutions.

ELTERMA’s Design Section is a team of mechanical and automation engineers - 25 currently - all of them specialists in the design of heat treatment equipment and complete heat treatment technological lines. Our experienced engineering team is strengthened by young, highly qualified engineers who have drive, initiative and the ability to use the most modern design tools, including:

• AutoCAD,
• SolidWorks,
• WSCAD,
  
• EPLAN.

Our Mechanical Design Section prepares complete equipment designs and documentation in accordance with the latest technical specifications and – most importantly – in line with the needs and suggestions of our customers.
Another highly specialised team is the Electrical Design & Automation Section, made up of leading automation engineers, IT specialists and electricians. This section is responsible for:

• designing complete electrical systems for ELTERMA’s equipment, including control cabinets and furnace heating systems;

• configuring software for programmable logic controllers (PLCs);

• developing computer-based graphics interfaces and data collection systems for heat treatment processes.

Our own design experience and product expertise have been enriched by the technical and design solutions in controlled atmosphere heat treatment equipment that have been provided by the company’s strategic investor, SECO/WARWICK Group.
