In 1999 ELTERMA introduced the ISO quality management system.
ELTERMA meets all ISO 9001:2000 standards in the range of:
- Design
- Manufacturing of heat processing equipment, steel structures and machinery parts.
 "TUV Certyfikat")
ELTERMA S.A. welding qualifications are approved by many additional commissions issued by authorized domestic and foreign institutes:
- TÜV Certificate for the production of pressure vessels of carbon steel according to the Directive 97/23 EC
- UDT for production of stationary pressure vessels of low-carbon steels of up to 2,5%, with thickness of 5 - 120 mm. Method of production - MAG, electrodes.
- The Great Certificate of Competency issued by SLV Halle (Germany), authorizing ELTERMA to produce steel structures according to standards: DIN 18800 T.1; 18801; 18800 T.7; 4133; DIN EN 25817 of materials of W01 group, welding 111 and 135 according to EN 287-1.
- Conformance Certificate to DIN-EN-729-2 (Quality system for welding works).
- “European Welding Engineer EWE” Certificate
- UDT for laboratory in the range of ultrasonic non-destructive testing and measurements of thickness.
ELTERMA is an authorized supplier of heat processing equipment for metals for the Russian market.
We are GOST – R certified, in accordance with Russian standard that allows us to meet all security and quality requirements referring to the import of heat treatment equipment for Russian companies.
